Lifelong Learning - Mediterranean cookery

Sit back and drift off round the Mediterranean and sample the cuisine from some of the countries before having a go yourself.

Suitable for: Mixed ability

Learners can relax and enjoy some demonstrations as well as make some traditional dishes from Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Algeria, a mixture of both sweet and savories.

What you will need

Every other week will be a demonstration where the learners will have the opportunity to taste the dishes before deciding which ones they would like to make the following week. For the tasting there will be a small charge to cover the cost of the ingredients. The other weeks learners will need to provide the ingredients to cook their chosen dishes, and a suitable container to take home.
