Education Welfare Officer - temporary, part time (closing date: 06/07/18)

£28,221 - £31,401 per annum. A temporary vacancy exists for a part time (18.5 hours per week - Term-Time Only) Education Welfare Officer post to commence duty as soon as possible and to 31st March 2019 initially but this could be extended if continued funding is available.

Transition Social Worker (closing date: 06/07/18)

£28,221 - £31,401 per annum (newly qualified) £32,233 - £36,153 (qualified).We are currently seeking a qualified Social Worker, with a recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales, to join our Transition team, based in the Community Support Team.
