Occupational Therapist (closing date: 03/10/19)

£32,878 - £36,876 per annum The focus of the service is to prevent unnecessary admissions to hospital or long-term care and support timely discharge from hospital where appropriate. You will also need to deal with complex manual handling issues to support clients to remain in their own home.
