Lifelong Learning enrolment and course fees

Details on how, where and when to enrol.

As of today, 18 March 2020, all Adult Community Learning, Essential Skills, Family Learning and IT classes and workshops are cancelled for this current term, in response to the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

How to pay

Following online enrolment, learners will be contacted by email with confirmation of their place. Concessions are available for people receiving the following benefits:

  • Income Support and Job Seekers Allowance
  • Working Tax Credit
  • Child Tax Credit
  • Pension Credit
  • Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction
  • Employment and Support Allowance
  • Universal Credit

To be eligible for the concessionary fees, proof of benefits must be provided.

Classes that are not viable may be withdrawn or discontinued.

Students are required to provide their own materials, ingredients, textbooks and stationery.

We reserve the right to restrict entry to classes with a high demand.

For cookery, there might be a small charge for tasting sessions.

Attendance

Where courses are provided at 'No Charge', unexplained non-attendance may result in your place being offered to another student.
